Location:

Massachusetts (Remote and Field-Based)

Pay Structure:

Your Role:

As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital part in helping homeowners and businesses reduce energy costs while embracing clean energy solutions. You’ll be selling:

Residential Solar Installations

Commercial Solar Projects

RED Line Solar Deals – Keep 100% commission on any Red Line project

Community Solar / Net Metering Solutions

EV Charging Installations (Level 2, Smart Level 2 “Super Chargers,” Level 3)

Third-Party Energy Procurement for commercial clients

Description:

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated sales reps to help schools, municipalities, businesses, and homeowners enroll in state-backed community solar programs. You will educate prospects, explain cost savings, manage enrollments, and guide customers through activation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect via calls, email, networking and outreach
  • Clearly explain how community solar works and the savings available
  • Manage enrollment from qualification → activation
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM
  • Hit monthly enrollment goals.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication
  • Able to simplify technical/financial concepts
